Allergies Smallergies

I do not think that I mentioned that my youngest puff Zora (1 yr old) has a grass allergy .As a result her paws are constantly red :(  I really do not want to give up on her freedom to run in the grass at least once a day and so after a visit to to the vet we have some options :
1) We can put her on lifelong allergy medications ,which quite honestly if I can avoid this I will .
the option that I am seeking is a Holistic Approach in combatting this grass allergy .

After research and a consultation with a holistic vet ,Zora as of 3 days ago has started Nettle leaf pills and licorice Root pills twice a day . Nettle leaf is a natural antihistamine and Licorice root is a kind of natural steroid .Paws crossed this regimen works but we won't know until after a couple of weeks when  the natural herbs have built up in her system and hopefully combatted the allergy significantly . I have also added a probiotic and a multivitamin to all of my dogs daily intake

Always Surprises!! Update anywayzz

Omg.... this is all Bananas !! I start a blog and then life gets in the way !! Being a young Mom of 3 kids and 3 furkids, I guess I cannot cater for everything.Anyhoo, The Puff Crew is doing great and just last week everyone got their baths and the boys got trimmed and are looking mighty spiffy!


Talk about procrastination!! In the thralls of my chaos I never got around to mailing the crate covers to BIB Rescue ....But tomorrow I have a date with the post office and off it goes ! (about time!)

Zora goes in for her spay on April 18th so all good and healthy vibes are welcome !!

Getting organized!! Phase 1 !!

Ok so this post is going to be a short one.The good news is that we will be donating our first item to Rescue ...thanks to Tammy Zuckerman who makes the most wonderful Crate Covers !! I am hoping that Bald Is Beautiful Rescue will have good use for it (either in money or in kind!)
I have lots to learn about this blogging stuff and I have to keep at it!! Hold Tight!!

Just Christening our Blog!!

So here it is !! We have gone and done it!! ...Myself  (Jeannelle)and my Puff Crew (hence PC) Julius, Rocky and Zora have taken the first step in doing our part as beings on this earth.! the PC dawgz and  I  want to have a blog filled with purpose .Helping our local rescues right here in Florida our hometown and following through with all of the plans we have made for ourselves personally and on a charitable level .In the future , we plan to have  a site that helps rescues sell their merchandise and helps them raise revenue to cover vet bills, transportation and basic costs of doggy living. We plan to highlight all those angel doggies who are looking for a home through videos, pictures and blog posts .See? yes!! we have plans!! On the personal level,  the PC Dawgz would love to do some level of agility purely for the sake of having fun in their little doggy lives ..but FIRST!! Obedience class is the first step!Let's see how that goes!! lolzzz!!
